Start with the screen in front of you
A blank home page, an empty search and a buffering video are three different problems. Note the page address and whether the browser shows an error. Avoid clearing all saved data as a first reaction, especially if you have a list you want to keep.
The catalogue is visible but search is empty
Reset the filters. A date range, language and format can combine to exclude every title even when each choice sounds reasonable. Try part of the title or an actor. Use ordinary catalogue links if the interactive results fail to load.
Only images are missing
Wait briefly for artwork, then refresh once. If text and navigation work, the problem is narrower than the entire site being down. Compare another page and check whether a browser extension is blocking image requests.
Playback fails after Watch now
The viewing service controls that player. Test another title there and use its support for the exact device or error. Lowering resolution may help buffering, but it does not repair a missing episode, an expired offer or an unsupported media format.
An old Cinema Deck address no longer opens
Read the domain explanation before assuming an installer or proxy will restore it. A closed service and a temporary connection fault require different answers.
